About this event

Want to build a sustained mindfulness practice? Have opportunity to build your mind-body skills for healing? We're exited to offer a new, six-week virtual class: Stress and Coping: A Mind-Body Medicine Deep Dive. The class will be held on Wednesday evenings, 5- 7 pm, beginning on Wednesday, June 10. 

In this highly experiential class you will:

  • Build mind-body skills (including mindfulness) for resilience stress management,
  • Discuss and explain the physiology of sleep and stress,
  • Practice the tools to channel the body’s power for self-healing,
  • Reflect on your in-the-moment experience for deeper learning

The class is held in a structured, facilitated, supportive small group setting. You will be led by Elizabeth Goldberg, LMT and mind-body medicine practitioner; Dr. Misha Kogan; and Dr. Amy Kossoff. 

Class begins Wednesday, June 10.
