About this event

  • 2 hours

Knowing your strengths (as assessed by StrengthsFinder or a different assessment tool) can be insightful on a personal and professional level. Yet simply “knowing” them does not necessarily translate into increased productivity or workplace satisfaction. In this interactive workshop participants will better understand the relationship between the needs and contributions of their specific strengths. When the needs of our strengths are met, we contribute at our highest level and feel fully engaged. Further, when we allow others on our team to utilize their strengths, our team is best equipped to serve others.

IMPORTANT: Prior to this training, participants should complete the Strengthfinders assessment. If you have taken this assessment in the last 5-7 years, and have your results, you do not need to take it again. If you have not taken it yet, your Regional Prevention Coordinator will send you a link and code for the assessment upon registration for this event. You will have the opportunity to indicate whether you need to take the assessment in the registration form for this event.

Tickets are limited and are available on a first-come-first serve basis. Registration closes May 31st, 2023.
