Strength Training Seminar hosted by Sarah Staples owner of Staples Fitness. This seminar will educate you on exercise and nutrition.

About this Event

This seminar is going to take you from waiting to see fitness results to actually getting them again and again.

I am going to take all the confusion out of fitness and make things simple again. It's going to help you become a master of your own body so you know exactly what to do when your fitness results aren't showing.

♦︎How to improve sleep (by guest speaker)

♦︎Exercise demonstrations on the best compound movements.

If you are new to strength/resistance training this is for you. If you have been exercising for a while but don't see the results you deserve this is for you. If you do a ton of cardio machines and feel intimidated by the weight rack THIS IS FOR YOU. If you want to get so in tune with your own body that you can read exactly what it's telling you, this is for you!

Tickets are free to reserve but you must reserve, as seats are limited. There will be a donation box there on the day and all donations will go directly to Wexford Marine Watch (a non-profit organization that works to prevent suicide in Wexford).
