What should I bring?

A water bottle, a small towel if you like, and a positive attitude. Optional: a notebook or your phone to take notes or record movement demos.

Will I get personal coaching?

Yes! I’ll be walking around to offer form tips and feedback during the hands-on portion.

What if I have an injury or limitation?

Let me know before we start, and I’ll offer safe modifications so you can still participate.

How long is the workshop?

The session will run about 75–90 minutes, including movement practice and Q&A time.

Will I get a workout plan to follow after?
