STRENGTH IN THE CITY is once again stepping outside of our comfort zone to bring you a new activity! We are going to test out an Aerial Hammock class with Chicago Aerial Arts.
This class is perfect for date night with your significant other or your friend to try together or just to come meet new people.
Warmup, learn some techniques, tryout the hammock with guidance from a circus professional, and then leave energized with incredible photos of you swinging in the air!
This is not just a class, but also an environment to mingle with your community, shop some local vendors and enjoy some refreshments after the class.

Proceeds from this event with benefit the STRENGTH IN THE CITY FOUNDATION. For 2023 we will be executing our mission to being accessable health and wellness programs to more underserved communities.
