Description

This is a three-dimensional workout strengthening the body and core unit in all planes of motion. Based on bodyweight exercises Coach Steph B will show you how to tap into muscular endurance, core stabilization and dynamic stretching. This session will have you covered head to toe with the essentials to keep you strong on the run. Accessible to all levels of running and fitness.

This class will be taught by Stephanie Bouvard-Moreton.
