Description

Designed by runners for runners, this class will help participants add to their cardiovascular aerobic activity by using a combination of dynamic tools to increase mobility and functional strength. The class consists of a warm-up, 25 minutes of high-intensity, low-impact, circuit-based exercises, and 25 minutes of stretching. Exercises are specifically selected to allow the benefits of the workout to translate directly to individual performance.
