Want to build strength and endurance? Join us in a circuit training class focusing on resistance bands and calisthenics. Please bring water!

About this Event

If you are looking for a workout that builds strength, endurance, and challenges your core then check out Strength by Bands starting Saturdays at 10:30am. This circuit training will encompass a full body workout and together we will build strength, endurance and core.

With resistance bands, you can train anywhere without being in the gym. The best part about bands is that they provide linear variable resistance. When you hold the bands, you can adjust the level of intensity by how much you stretch the bands. You have the gym in your hands.

Make sure to bring water!

And it’s FREE! All are welcomed!
