Thanks for stopping by. My name’s Michelle and I’m a Nurse, Mother and human being trying to improve the life and outcomes of children, young people, parents, professionals and people. Using my personal, professional and academic experience, I will be creating Strength-Based workshops for those working in Health, Education and Social Care but...I need your help.

Do you work in health, education and/or social care in the UK?
Do you feel confused, unsupported and afraid to ask questions?
Are you from or did you train outside of the UK?

If so, you are invited to come along and contribute to a series of workshops I’m designing to help internationally trained staff working in health, education and social care.

It’s free to join, and you’ll have a chance to hear about the sessions, share your thoughts on the idea and tell me anything else you think would be useful to include.

From the feedback you share I’ll be creating the workshops over the summer and we’ll be delivering the first cohort in late September 2025.

If you can’t attend or you would rather share your views in writing to contribute to this project, please complete this MS Form. We ask questions about your age, where you live and your ethnicity as it will allow us to apply for funding so we can deliver the training for free- we aren’t just being nosey and we won’t like you anymore or any less if you’re from a certain place or are a certain age- sometimes we all just have to tick the boxes so we can make the change we need to see and feel for those we care about.

There are three dates, but you only need to attend one as all these sessions will be information sharing and feedback gathering sessions.
