Description

We love our runners. And as runners, we also know that you hate anything that takes even a minute away from your running time (even stuff you know will make you a healthier, stronger runner). And yes, I might be speaking from personal experience. Enter our two-part Strength and Mobility for Runners workshop. We'll address common areas of tightness (hello hips, hammies, and quads) and how to mobilize and strengthen your body to alleviate discomfort. Not a runner? No worries. These techniques are effective as a warm up, cool down, or even a replacement on some days for any workout!
