Join NYC trainer KG Thursday evenings in December at 5:30pm here at HUB seventeen as she takes you through a killer full-body workout. With a background in dance and competition, KG brings an in-depth awareness of movement, proper technique and flexibility training, while focusing on getting you stronger and building endurance. She believes in pushing past your comfort zone, and training your mind as much as you're training your body.
