Agencies within Toronto’s infant, child, and youth mental health sector have committed to action on anti-Black racism including developing a multi-year road map to make a measurable impact to dismantle anti-Black racism within their agencies and the sector.
This symposium will launch the background report that explores the issues affecting the mental health of Black infants, children, and youth in Toronto and the accompanying strategy, Honouring Our Promise: Ending Anti-Black Racism (HOPE), which documents the sector’s commitment over the coming 4 years.
Agency staff, community partners, and members of the community are invited to attend. The executive summary, background report, and HOPE Strategy are available at Reports - H.O.P.E. (hope-strategy.com)
Please note that because we care about our service users, our employees, and our community, this is a masked event. We are happy to provide a mask for those who don’t have one.
