STRATEGIES FOR ANGER MANAGEMENT GROUP
Anger is a normal, and even healthy emotion. It helps us to express ourselves and stand up for what we believe in. However, when anger is uncontrolled or suppressed it can take over your life – alienating you from loved ones and interfering with your professional aspirations. This 6 week intensive group will help you to identify the causes and effects of your anger and teach practical communication tools to help you resolve conflicts and release frustration. You will learn to express yourself in healthy and effective ways!
