Anger is a normal, and even healthy emotion. However, when anger is uncontrolled or suppressed it can take over your life – alienating you from loved ones and interfering with your professional aspirations. This 6 week intensive group will help you to identify the causes and effects of your anger and teach practical communication tools to help you resolve conflicts and release frustration.
