Strategic Planning 101

You need a strategic plan but don't know where to begin. Or your current plan is about to end and need a refresher before starting a new strategic planning process. This interactive workshop will provide an overview of strategic planning - one of the most important management tools successful organizations can employ - and answer key questions you may have about why, what, and how. Key takeaways include:
