Stranger than Fiction: An Anecdotal and Personal History of Romanovs in the Caucasus
Writer, and Romanov descendant, Katya Chavchavadze Redpath, has recently completed a historic screenplay based upon her Russian ancestors. She will share excerpts that weave a quirky sense of destiny into family tales of kidnapping, revenge and romance in the east-west encounter of the 19th century Caucasus.
Katya Chavchavadze Redpath, originally from Washington, D.C., is a writer, mother and organic farmer, dividing her time between New York City and Vermont.
