Through case studies, workshop exercises and an introduction to practitioner tools, the seminar will cover the following topics:

• The dimensions of a high performing organisation
• The role of social power in driving (or blocking) change
• Storytelling as a business tool
- The science behind storytelling
- How to craft a story
- Using stories to influence
- The power of shared values & vision
• The transformative power of stories, at a personal, group and organisational level
• The ROI of social power & storytelling

The seminar will run from 10.30am – 5.30pm, with a light lunch and networking drinks.

Delegates will be asked to fully participate during the day, sharing their own stories to facilitate an understanding of social power & storytelling in practice. The seminar is ideal for individuals managing a period of organisational change, or trying to shift organisational culture.

The cost of the session is £200 + VAT and is limited to 20 places. Once the seminar is full, those interested will be placed on a priority list for future sessions.
