About this Event

Storytelling for Brands

You’ve been told that you need content, but what people really connect with is a great story. In this discussion, I’ll share lessons from my career in magazine and book publishing and show how applying those fundamentals to content strategy have made all the difference for individuals, startups and companies of all sizes.

Sarah J. Robbins is a writer, editor, and collaborator whose work has appeared in Entrepreneur, Inc, Glamour, MarketWatch, and Newsweek magazines, among others. She is the coauthor of Keeping Hope Alive: One Woman—90,000 Lives Changed and recently adapted Malala Yousafzai's best-selling memoir for young readers: Malala: My Story of Standing Up for Girls' Rights. Her content strategy clients include the Yale School of Medicine, Anthemis Group, Everytown for Gun Safety, and the Art for Justice Fund.
