Description

Good stories are captivating. They are compelling. They have the power to inspire and inform. But how do you share a great story? Storytelling can seem intimidating, but it doesn't have to be. We break down the process into easy steps for you, helping you piece together the crucial storytelling elements. Using a simple storytelling structure, you will learn how to use context, action, and results to share a compelling story. Let us help you build your writer's toolbox so you can feel free to do what you love most — write!

In this workshop, you'll learn:

- Key elements that every great story should have

- How to develop your characters

- How to build the scene

- How to organize the action/events in a story

Join us on Thursday, May 11, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM in Ministry Office 2 (MO2) in the Mary Alice Conference Room.
