Filer digs deep into mental illness services in the UK and the scope of schizophrenia. What is any mental illness diagnosis supposed to mean? Who gets to decide? What happens next? Filer addresses ostensible causes, symptoms, as well as stigma and language. Filer seeks to discover and articulate how mental illness imprints on the people who live with it.
