Today we are living in a world where there is pressure to live as fully as possible, to be an extraordinary person and master of everything. With the same importance and to keep up appearances posting most of it on social media is seen as the norm. Lesley explores whether one of the consequences of this prohibits us from living a life that truly makes us happy.
The seminar looks at the pressures surrounding today's world and how with a little bit of self-compassion, perspective and time to think about what truly matters we can all start moving towards living the life we imagined.
