Are you frustrated with:

* Setting yourself up for failure in your career, personal life, and relationships.

* A never ending cycle of self-doubt, negative self-talk, and guilt.

* Beating yourself up, judging yourself harshly and self-hatred.

* Procrastination, not following through and other self-destructive behaviors.

* Feeling powerless, as though these unwanted patterns will never change.

When it comes to Self-sabotage, most people are like a thoroughbred racehorse wearing ankle weights, unable to run at full stride so they can win the race. Once you remove the thing that is stopping, you become naturally capable of getting what you want.

In this 1.5-hr experiential workshop, we will use powerful experiential exercises that specifically address and start to change the blocks and unwanted patterns surrounding self-sabotage so you can start taking control over the outcome of your life once and for all.

Once you‘ve gone through this process, you’ll get that wonderful “amazed” feeling that comes from knowing your new life is NOW possible.

And you'll feel SO excited seeing the positive results from your actions of investing in the most valuable of all resources “YOURSELF” which made all of this possible.

When we're able to overcome the driving force that keeps us stuck, we can start attracting those things into our lives that feed us mentally and emotionally.

This experience can both liberate and profoundly life changing.

About the Trainer:

This is workshop offers a safe container for self-exploration. All exercises are done individually with no mandatory sharing or group participation. You feeling safe and comfortable is first and foremost.

Doors open at 6:45 pm - For reason of building security, no one will be allowed in past 7:00 PM

Please bring with you:

1. Pen & Paper – There will be a writing exercise.

2. A water bottle if needed. There is a sink to fill water bottles but no cups are provided.

Street parking:

Parking can be found between 5th and 6th on Folsom. The meters are only 2 hours and are free after 6 pm. You can find 4-hour parking meters located on Harrison st. between 4th and 5th. St, right before the 5th St. Freeway overpass.

The Powell Bart Station is 5 blocks away.
