Join Baltimore families for a Baltimore-inspired Carnival celebration at the 6th annual Stoop Soiree.

Baltimore Family Alliance is bringing the world's oldest party to Baltimore! Join us for our Baltimore Carnival and indulge all of your senses as you walk through our indoor street party complete with a parade and activities as we dance and celebrate to the rhythm of Baltimore!

This year, Stoop Soirée will honor two deserving community leaders, Del. Margaret “Maggie” L. McIntosh, retiring Chair of the Appropriations Committee of the Maryland House of Delegates, and Darcell Graham, Enoch Pratt Free Library’ Deputy Director of Public Services. Each will be recognized for their efforts to improve opportunities for city families.

Baltimore Family Alliance's work

Over the past year, we have expanded our mission to cover the entire city of Baltimore. We have remained agile to bring our programming, like New Babies on the Block, to families in a safe virtual environment. Our annual Adopt-a-Family gift drive connected over 1000 families to make the holiday season special. We delivered COVID-19 home test kits to families in 22 different zip codes, donated school supplies to 7 different city schools, and advocated for better communications between city schools and families.
