The Regatta is a gathering to connect wo(men) in tech to mentors, peers & resources.
The 1st annual Women in Tech Regatta (WiT) includes activities, events, panels and workshops designed to drive positive change, innovation, and workplace diversity in the tech industry. All are welcome, regardless of gender, job function or career level.
This boutique event is designed to give attendees access to mentors, peers, resources, and job opportunities. After all our motto is #RelationshipsAreTheTrueCurrency, join us and find your new friend, new boss and your community at the Regatta.

Amidst a year of adversity, the WiT Regatta 2023 slogan, We Gotta Regatta, was designed around the desire to gather change makers, leaders and advocates amongst our community. One thing is for sure: We Gotta Regatta. Our goal is for everyone to be seen, heard and to walk away from this event with new ideas and relationships.
