Your beloved Stockholm Food Movement will return on February 23rd 17:30-20.00 at Impact Hub Stockholm's new space at Svevägen 44!
SFM is an event series that gathers entrepreneurs once a month to mingle with other food innovators and use systems thinking to better understand the food landscape in Sweden. We use a sustainable food cycle to map food actors (from growers to market access platforms to restaurants to waste kitchens to compost builders and everything in between) in order to encourage collaboration, identify gaps, improve livelihoods, increase sustainability, and inspire our entrepreneurs to create much needed social innovations!
On February 23rd we will open doors at 17.30 and kickoff presentations at 18.
The fantatstic line up includes:
Kirstian Herder - Swedish teacher that wrote a cookbook with students a way to learn Swedish and for students to share their cultural heritage.
Alberto Corti - co- founder of Kafka, a startup that makes knäckerbröd out of cricketflour.
Selina Hami - founder of Selina's Organics, a catering company "where vegan is funky" and soon Selina's Burger Bar - a future vegan gastro pub.
Henrik Noréns - co-founder of Gro Restaurang - "Gro is a restaurant where season and local availability rules" http://grorestaurang.se/en/
