Description

STM Strength WORKOUT is a class covers 2-3 Major muscle groups per class. it is a time based workout where you could be doing around 10-12 exercises for 40seconds work and 20 seconds rest intervals.

Movements like - Hinge, sqaut, Pull, Push, Rotate, Jump are integarted in a manner to challange the targeted muscle groups. So in a class you could be doing Back with Biceps and shoulder on one day. This means exercises like - DeadRows, Pull Ups, Presses, Trx Rows and Fly, Curls, Kettle bell Lifts could be all learned and executed in one class with guidance from our highly qualified coaches and athletes.

The 40 second work interval works really well as it leads to FATIGUE and which creates the METABOLIC STRESS AND MUSCULAR STRESS in order to burn fat and build lean muscle.

This has proved to be the fastest way to build muscle and shed body fat if done 2-3 times per week aling with sensible eating habits.
