Join us from January 6th-8th in the stunning coastal town of Westport, Co Mayo, where we will spend the weekend at The Helm nuzzled in Westport’s Quay.

The weekend will be retreat style packed with all things positive.

A lesson in confidence by Ireland’s leading headshot photographer & self awareness educator John Murray. John is an award winning portrait photographer and every attendee will leave with their own headshot.

Interactive workshops with renowned trainer & behaviour consultant Keira Keogh covering the topics time management, goal setting, understanding your behavioural drives & more.

A morning yoga session with psychologist, senior yoga teacher & founder Derrick Harshberger in The Yoga Root, a warm and welcoming studio with down-to-earth energy like no other in the beautiful
