Event Description
Art as memory. Thread as resistance. Stitch as survival.
Join us for STITCHING RESILIENCE, a powerful, community-rooted workshop that brings together the ancestral textile traditions of Palestinian Tatreez and Chilean Arpilleras. These two practices, both born from struggle, tell stories of survival, love, displacement, and defiance — all through the language of fabric and thread.
This is not just a creative space — it's a political, cultural, and emotional gathering. Through hands-on stitching, storytelling, and conversation, we will explore how these traditions connect us across histories, geographies, and movements for justice.
