Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

Bringing your own yoga mat is recommended, but we do have mats available for rent or purchase at the studio. You’re welcome to bring anything that will help you feel more comfortable during the Sound Bath; blankets, bolsters, or a small pillow are all encouraged. And don’t forget a water bottle!

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move and stretch with ease—think soft, breathable layers.

Will the class be heated?

Accepted Answer

No, this is a non-heated class. The room will be kept comfortably warm to support relaxation, but we won’t be using added heat like in some of our other YogaSix formats.

Can I attend if I’m pregnant or have an injury?

Absolutely, but we recommend checking with your healthcare provider first. Let your instructor know before class so they can offer supportive modifications throughout the session.

Can I bring my child to this event?

This experience is designed for adults and older teens who can remain still and quiet for the duration of the class. Because the Sound Bath relies on a calm and quiet environment, we kindly ask that they are 12 years and up. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful space for all participants.
