We’ll talk about style, sexiness, and showing up unapologetically in your body at any age. From laugh lines to liberation, this is a celebration of the woman you are now—not the one you used to be.

She specializes in helping women over 40 navigate identity shifts, burnout, and healing with humor, cultural awareness, and real-talk strategies. As the creator of The Grown Woman’s Guide journal series and a fierce advocate for joy and liberation, Dr. Crabb brings soulful energy to every session she leads.
