STIGMA REDUCTION: Recovery Support Services Series
THE ANONYMOUS PEOPLE


VIEW THE GROUNDBREAKING DOCUMENTARY FILM. The moving story of The Anonymous People ignited a public recovery movement that is changing the conversation. There are over 23 million Americans living in long-term recovery from alcohol and other drug addiction. This film and panel presentation aim to continue to transform public opinion and finally shift problematic policy toward lasting recovery.

9:00-9:30 a.m.--Stigma Reduction

9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.--Documentary--The Anonymous People

12:00-1:00 p.m.--Panel Discussion


Learning Objectives--Attendees will be able to:

  • Identify stigma reduction strategies relating to addiction and substance use disorders.
  • Increase knowledge of recovery management and recovery advocacy
