The Sterling Natural Resource Center (SNRC) is a 20-acre state-of-the-art facility located in Highland, California. Capable of creating 8 million gallons per day of replenished water, the SNRC has created a sustainable new water supply for the region and will enhance the quality of life for residents by providing new opportunities in the form of education and training, community space, and neighborhood improvements.
