We invite you to join us as we celebrate this Annual Stepping Out of Homelessness Gala benefiting. Under 1 Roof on Saturday, October 28, 2023.

Imagine you live on the streets of Dallas, homeless and seeking food and shelter. Imagine your children having to sleep on the streets with little food, exposed in the elements of the cold, damp air. These are the grim circumstances some of the families that we serve. Over 5,000 individuals are homeless in Dallas County and Under 1 Roof remains a vital resource to the families in need in our community.

Under 1 Roof provides housing and other services to the homeless persons in Dallas and Collin County to ensure everyone has safe and affordable housing and the tools to become self-sufficient.

Served over 2000 households, impacting the lives of 5000 individuals including women and children since 2011 .

We serve 100% of low to moderate income clients in our housing programs which are the working poor.

Under 1 Roof partners with approximately 40 non-profit organizations in the Dallas area to provide our critical service including, Family Gateway, Salvation Army, Housing Crisis Center, The Family Place, Interfaith Family Services, Vogel Alcove, Rainbow Days, Dallas Furniture Bank, First Choice Social Services, Shared Housing, Harmony CDC of Concord, the Veterans Administration, Housing Forward formally MDHA and Hope's Supply Co.

Under 1 Roof serves families who are homeless, victims of domestic violence, veterans and families living below the poverty line.

90% of Under 1 Roof program participants are in-tact families; 80% of families include children who are under the age of 10.
