Stepping Into Life - A Workshop on Presence
Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 12:00 PM - Sunday, December 15, 2013 at 5:00 PM (PST)
New Orleans, LA
Have you found yourself part of a group without really feeling like you are one of the group?
Do you find yourself unable to hear your partner, and long to be understood by them?
Is there a connection in your family that you wish was deeper, more real?
Above all, do you want to lead to lead an awake life?
This workshop combines methods of modern mystical practices that allow deeper self connection with the interconnection practices (sometimes referred to as Intersubjective Meditation) that allow for deeper connection with others in a fun and easily accessible format.
We will practice embodiment skills that have unlocked the ability mystics have used to understand and transform strangers for centuries...and learn how to use them in our own lives.
We will look at shadows and stories holding us back from connection and create new awareness in a supporitve way that prevents downward spiraling or unneeded suffering.
We will dig into what we want and what prevents us from having it.
We will work together to walk away a more connected and more authentic self.
