This is a one-hour on-line workshop designed to help participants take an active role in managing their sense of emotional wellbeing.

About this event

Life presents us with oranges and lemons. Many times we savour the sweet experiences and recoil at the more challenging experiences that can sometimes seem to pop up out of nowhere. This workshop is designed to help participants build their resilience to stress, explore more constructive options for responding to life challenges, and is designed to help participants connect with their inner selves (no meditative experience necessary). This workshop will be hosted by Lesley Teitelbaum, Ph.D., Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Director of Houston Center for Emotional Wellness.
