Run, Walk, Bike, Swim, Plank, or choose your own adventure! Just complete 50 in Step-tember to celebrate Cornerstone Montgomery's 50 years!

About this event

Our Step-tember event is all about taking steps toward better health and wellness. To celebrate Cornerstone Montgomery's 50th anniversary, we challenge you to choose an activity and complete it 50 times in the month of September! Walk your dog 50 miles, Run 50 miles, Bike 50 miles, Swim 50 laps, Plank 50 times...you get the idea - just get out there and step it up! The first 250 registered participants will receive a shoe-wallet, and there will be group and individual prizes so grab some friends and get moving!

Additional prizes will be awarded for:

  • Going for Gold - Reaching 50 miles/laps/etc by an individual
  • Going for Gold - Reaching 50 miles/laps/etc by a team
  • Most total miles achieved by an individual
  • Most total miles achieved by a team
  • Total funds raised by an individual
  • Total funds raised by a team
