Conference Overview: From compelling sessions to interactive experiences, STEMATHON offers a collection of opportunities for STEM education professionals at every level to collaborate, learn, and find inspiration. For one price, STEMATHON includes a STEM Conference, STEM Trade Show, STEM Teacher Expo, STEM Research Poster Session, and STEM Leadership Academy.

2018 Conference Theme: Blazing Trails to STEM Careers

Act 48: Following participation in the conference and completion of the post-conference evaluation, Act 48 hours are awarded to Pennsylvania educators who provide their PPID. The number of hours attributed to professional learning and Act 48 eligibility includes 4 on Wednesday, 6 on Thursday, and 4 on Friday.

Act 45: The STEM Leadership Academy will be submitted to PDE for pre-approval as an Act 45 (PIL) Continuing Education program. If approved, this opportunity will be worth 25 hours (14 at STEMATHON & 11 job-embedded). If interested in the STEM Leadership Academy please select this option at registration. More information will be provided as it becomes available to all administrators who indicate interest during registration.

Registration/Payment: Early Bird Pre-Registration is available through 9/10/18 for $125. Standard Pre-Registration is available through 10/10/18 for $150. On-Site registration will be available at the conference for $175. Special rates are available to current members of TEEAP. To receive the TEEAP special rate, members must use the special registration code/URL provided to TEEAP members and list their membership number. Please refer to registration options or the STEMATHON website for registration fees and discounts. The only payments accepted for registrations are credit/debit card and invoice/purchase order (PO) from a school/organization. When indicating during the registration process that a payment will be made by invoicing or a purchase order (PO) from a school/organization, please select the "Pay by invoice" payment method. In addition, make sure that you have received proper approvals from your school/organization, or you will be personally responsible for payment if your district or organization refuses to pay. Should you need to cancel, please do so at least 30 days prior to the event in order to receive a refund.
