Join us for our new workshop for K12 educators! We will motivate you with practical ways that you can get more active STEM knowledge exploration into your classroom. Dr. Jake Noel-Storr will facilitate this workshop, providing an excellent resource for Southern Arizona teachers to get ahead of the game and implement exploration in the classroom -- no matter what your classroom setting or situation. It is important for kids to get involved early in STEM education and engage them with knowledge exploration that reaches far beyond the pages of a textbook. This workshop will provide you with practical, low-cost, manageable strategies to inject STEM knowledge into your classroom -- from making use of the latest NASA data, to using the junk in the back of your cabinets!
Our workshop is limited to just 24 participants to ensure that you get the attention you need in developing plans to implement STEM explorations in your classroom -- so register now before all the seats are taken! Leave the workshop with new ideas, planning materials and resources, and access to ongoing support through InsightSTEM's Insightful Teachers program.
