STEM Circuits: Focus on mental wellness during COVID-19
Event Information
About this event
Hello!
We hope that this message finds you safe and healthy. COVID-19 has added a myriad of new challenges to our daily lives. Many of us have been coping for over a month with worry over at-risk loved ones, the confinement and isolation of sheltering-in-place, and/or the stress of continuing to perform as essential workers. No matter your personal situation, we are part of a world in crisis, which is having a major impact on our mental health. To face these issues head on, we hope that you will join us for an extremely timely webinar facilitated by National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Chicago.
Best Wishes,
Chicago Women in STEM Initiative team
