Cooking seafood and steak is something every home cook should master. Techniques vary, as do cuts, so we’ll cover them both in this hands-on class. We’ll talk about picking out the best steaks and seafood. Since different cuts of surf and turf lend themselves to different preparations, you’ll learn how to cook each type perfectly every time. Chefs will give you tips for the grill, sauté pan, or even the oven, along with a variety of sauces and sides to compliment your hard work.
