Steak it Easy Fundraiser and Celebration

This charity event is to honor the life and work of Felecia Irick, an inspiring leader and selfless woman who dedicated her life to providing quality education to disadvantaged children, especially Black and Brown students. In 2020, Felecia lost her battle with cancer, but left behind a body of work that her peers wanted to support. Thanks to the work of her family, friends, and colleagues, her good work and spirit live on through a scholarship fund in her name. Please join us for an incredible evening and meal at & Son Steakeasy, a new restaurant by restaurateur, Steve Kay. Steve Kay has brought several delicious staples to New York City, including one of my favorites, Mel’s Burgers. I am excited to partner with Steve for this momentous event.

We’ll enjoy a four-course meal of Steve’s innovative menu that includes delicious steaks, fish, and so much more. Steve is generously supporting our evening, which will allow us to donate 80% of your ticket to the Felecia Irick Memorial scholarship fund for aspiring Black Educators.
