Our incredibly popular Steak and Whiskey Series, just got better! We're excited to announce Eddie Russell, master distiller for Wild Turkey will be our next special guest from Kentucky! The time has come for another evening of expertly crafted cocktails, neat pours from exclusive bottles, and mouthwatering pairings from our own Chef Miguel. Our four-course dinners of Steak and Bourbon Night have been such big hits that we have sold out each and every time. You won't want to miss this one! Reserve your seat at our table now!

Cocktail hour 4:30pm to 7:00pm tickets $25

Mingle with Eddie Russell as you sip on an Old Fashioned created with Eddies own recipe made with Wild Turkey 81 Proof. Ticket Includes 1 Old Fashioned, bottle signing and photo opportunities. $5 of this entry fee will go to a local nonprofit.

This ticket DOES NOT include Dinner, and admission ends at 7pm.

The Drink line up will feature the following 7 pours:

Wild Turkey 101 - Legendary American icon with a high rye content. This bourbon is perfectly aged in American White Oak barrels with the deepest char for more character.

Russell’s 10 - This Kentucky Bourbon is rich and smooth, with notes of creamy toffee and vanilla. The brand’s signature corn-based grain bill, 90 Proof.

Russell’s 6-year Rye - The warm and fruity scent is reminiscent of fresh apples drizzled with caramel. On the palate, spicy cinnamon leads, softening to caramel mid-palate and finishing matured in the deepest no. 4 char barrels, aged in the “center cut' of the rick house and is hand selected only by Jimmy and Eddie Russell.

• 17 Year - Hand-selected by Master Distiller Eddie Russell for its perfectly balanced flavor, Master’s Keep is the longest-aged whiskey released by Wild Turkey in the US. Aged in both brick and wood rickhouses and at 86.8 proof.

Revival - A blend of Wild Turkey Kentucky Straight Bourbon aged 12-15 years before finishing in at least 20-year-old Oloroso Sherry casks, hand-selected by Master Distiller Eddie Russell. A homage to a bourbon pioneered by Jimmy Russell

Decades - This hand-selected lot of precious and rare barrels, aged between 10 and 20 years, represents the very best of two decades of bourbon making

Cornerstone - Minimum of nine years, which makes the oldest rye ever released by the distillery. Blended and Hand selected by Master Distiller Eddie Russell to commemorate the earliest American Whiskey. Bottled at 109 proof.

You’ll get to try mouthwatering cuts specially prepared by our chef Miguel. He will be featuring and pairing 4 courses inspired by the specific spirits mentioned above. He's busy tasting.....and tasting and revisiting the taste along with his culinary team at KnB and our partners at US Foods to insure he's inspired and nails the pairing, "tough work, but somebody has to do it". This ticket will give you general admission to sit in the main restaurant dining room for dinner, you will eat and drink all of the same items. $10 of this entry fee will be donated to a local nonprofit. Includes photo opportunities, and any bottle purchased will be signed by Eddie!

This ticket does not include dinner with Eddie, who will be in the private room.

VIP - Private Room With Eddie Russell - $89.99

This ticket will put you in the same room with Eddie Russell all night! He will take us through every bottle, how it was created, and what they were thinking when they designed the recipe. He will be taking questions, telling stories about his life and experience growing up with his father Jimmy. All this while Drinking amazing bourbon and eating spectacular food. $20 of this entry fee will go to a local nonprofit. On June 5, 1981, Edward Freeman Russell, the youngest of the three Russell children of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, joined the family business as he took his spot on the lowest rung of the ladder at the Wild Turkey Distillery. Learning the Bourbon-making trade the way his father had before him, he was put through the paces taking on menial jobs that may have seemed irrelevant to the process then, but were everything to understanding the Wild Turkey way. The rest, as they say, is history.

Now, with 37 years of experience under his belt, “Eddie” knows a thing or two about Bourbon. As the son of legendary Master Distiller Jimmy Russell, and the third generation Russell to work at the Wild Turkey Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, Eddie Russell is of an unmatched pedigree in the Bourbon industry. Like his father, Eddie is involved through the entire distillation and aging process of Wild Turkey’s whiskeys, ensuring every bottle meets the exacting standards set forth by their predecessors.

Russell began his career at the distillery as a relief operator, eventually becoming a supervisor of new production and then a warehouse supervisor. After two decades in the business, he assumed the position of manager of barrel maturation and warehousing. In this role, he collaborated with his father to create Russell’s Reserve 10 Year Old, an award-winning small-batch Bourbon that serves as testimony to the family’s heritage of distilling craftsmanship and tradition. Eddie’s Bourbon legacy also includes the introduction of Wild Turkey Bourbon (originally called Wild Turkey 81), a premium Bourbon that can stand up to any mixer or in any cocktail with the bold, spicy taste that is distinctively Wild Turkey.

Most recently, Eddie has led the charge on groundbreaking innovations including, Wild Turkey Longbranch, an exciting collaboration with the brand’s Creative Director Matthew McConaughey, and Wild Turkey Master’s Keep Revival – the third expression in the award-winning Master’s Keep Series. With the worldwide boom in Bourbon and Rye consumption, Eddie has his eye squarely on creating new whiskey expressions that appeal to a globally expanding consumer base, while cultivating Wild Turkey’s core expressions.

In 2010, Eddie joined his father and other greats in the Bourbon industry when he was inducted into the renowned Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame™. In 2015, Eddie earned the illustrious title of Master Distiller and joined his father at the distillery’s helm. Today, the two Bourbon Hall of Famers work side by side as the industry’s only active father and son master distiller duo. This year, Eddie and his legendary, beloved father Master Distiller Jimmy Russell celebrate 101 years of combined experience at the Wild Turkey distillery – a touching homage to the Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon that launched Jimmy’s career more than 60 years ago.

Eddie and his wife Judy have two sons, and live in Lawrenceburg, where Eddie was born and raised. As a testament to how much Bourbon is in the Russell’s blood, Eddie’s son Bruce joined the family business as a brand ambassador based in Austin, Texas. In his spare time, Eddie enjoys playing golf, and training and hunting with bird dogs. Also, like his father, Eddie relishes in traveling the country and the world spreading the gospel of Wild Turkey to whiskey aficionados.
