How to Produce Videos without Busting Your Budget

How much does it cost to make a two-minute video? $100? $500? Thousands? Many factors, such as effects, animations, and voiceovers, can quickly drive up video production costs. How do you budget for that? Should you produce it yourself or farm it out? This discussion will provide guidelines and tips to help you estimate the cost and time commitment for video projects with emphasis on the software industry.
