Event description

The primary source of litigation against agents in California is disclosure of property condition issues. Agents are responsible for completing their portion of the Transfer Disclosure Statement (TDS), and most utilize the Agent Visual Inspection Disclosure (AVID) addendum. These forms not only help inform buyers of the condition of the property they are purchasing, but they also assist in preventing and/or reducing litigation.

In this class you will review the most common errors made in completing these forms and strategies to avoid those errors.
