Shauny is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and E-RYT. She received her Ayurveda training through Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute in 2008 and received her Yoga training through Jhon T at Atmananda Yoga Center in 2006. She continued her studies with various teachers including Baron Baptiste & Chanel Luck.
