Formerly known as the CATI training, this three day program provides an overview of the core issues every provider should know in order to stay up-to-date in our frequently changing service delivery environment, such as HIV treatment guidelines, best practices and new developments in HIV prevention, and social determinants of health. It also covers specialty topics, such as consumer and special population perspectives on service delivery, HIV and Hepatitis co-infection, and updates regarding the Affordable Care Act and HIV care. Given the number of scientific, best practice, and/or policy changes that may occur in a given year, there are typically some new components of this program each rime it is offered. This is our most popular training and it is offered at least four times each year.
