The 2020 State of Black California hosted by the California Legislative Black Caucus & the Ralph J Bunche Center at UCLA.

About this Event

The State of Black California is an annual conference hosted by the California Legislative Black Caucus (CLBC) that aims to bring together statewide elected officials, community leaders, philanthropic leaders, advocates, and scholars to discuss pertinent policy interventions affecting California residents. This year the CLBC is partnering with the Bunche Center for African American Studies at UCLA- One of the nations premier research institutions dedicated to improving the conditions of Black life. This is a free event for all that will include: Breakfast, Lunch, and a series of thought provoking panels and keynotes. An Eventbrite ticket does not necessarily guarantee entrance to the event; early arrival is suggested.
