Description

You are invited to join Congressman McEachin on Saturday, June 22 at 2PM for a Town Hall in cooperation with several members of the Congressional Black Caucus (listed below). In the spirit of the day’s events to commemorate the 400th Anniversary of Forced African Migration, the theme of the Town Hall will be The State of Black America. This event is being held at the Virginia Museum of History and Culture following the dedication of Arthur Ashe Boulevard and the opening of the museum’s new exhibit entitled, Determined: The 400-Year Struggle for Black Equality.

Please RSVP as soon as possible as space will be limited. There is parking available after 1PM at the Virginia Museum of History and Culture and the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. We hope to see you there!
