The mindset has to do with asking the right kinds of questions, thinking deeply, and acquiring the proper insights in order to form a theoretical knowledge based on your understanding of all the relevant questions.

The skillset has to do with taking the acquired insights that are at first theoretically based and then asking the right kinds of questions in terms of what proper courses of actions should be taken.

To set up a base camp is to make an initial mental, emotional, and physical assessment of things. The pre-plan is something flexible and involves things like what is the startup idea, will it be an in-house team or will we outsource it to build a prototype. If it will be in-house, then what are the required resources and skills needed, and then how many months are required to attain the resources and skills needed to go from ideation to startup launch must be considered. So establishing a base camp is like pre-planning of a proper initial assessment of a plan that is flexible to changes in the condition of the weather of all the circumstances of the startup.

Once a decision is made to begin, then climbing up the mountain involves the building of what Kodo Startups calls the Initial Sufficient Product, or ISP. This is first done mentally by talking out, writing out, and typing out what Kodo Startups calls the Kodo Startups Pitch Deck Canvas, where things like problem, market, solution, projected cost and profit, equity and funding, and team are all considered.

On December 1, 2019, we will launch Kodo Startups Virual Incubator. Our virtual incubator will make it easier for aspiring entrepreneurs who recognize the calling within them to pursue the spirit of entrepreneurship within the context of pursing an idea for a startup venture.
