About the event

The StartupGrowth. Asia: Meet The Angels chapter is organised with an aim to gather Angel Investors who are subject matter experts to provide advice to startup founders. This chapter will also provide Angel Investors access to founders from promising startups who are actively seeking angel investment opportunities. Details of the event are as follows:

Date: 17 December 2020 (Thursday)

Time: 6.00 pm to 7.10 pm

Venue: Zoom

Format of the event

This chapter will be conducted in an hour-long speed-dating format where the Angel Investors will have the opportunity to speak to up to 3 founders in 3 separate sessions with 20 minutes allotted for each session. This means that YOU will have the opportunity to speak to up to 3 Angel Investors in just 1 hour! Each Angel Investor will be separated into individual breakout rooms and will be joined by one startup founder per session.

Interested tech startup founders will register their interest and will have to undergo a stringent qualifying process before being matched with specific Angel Investors. The startup founders will be informed ahead of the event of their slots as well as the Angel Investors who they will be speaking to.

In those 3 sessions, the founder will have the opportunity to tap the minds of the Angel Investor as well as pitch their solution to them with the Angel Investor asking questions and providing feedback. The Angel Investor will have access to the Founders information ahead of the chapter as well.
